1. Data Collection & Privacy Commitment

Rajsi Srivastava Social Welfare Foundation ("Foundation", "We", "Us") is committed to maintaining the privacy and security of our donors, volunteers, beneficiaries, and corporate partners. We collect personal data including Name, Email, Phone Number, PAN (for 80G Tax Exemption receipts), and Address solely for legal tax compliance and program administration.

2. 80G Income Tax & PAN Verification

Under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act 1961, Permanent Account Number (PAN) is mandatory for issuing eligible 80G Tax Deduction Certificates. PAN details are stored in encrypted format (AES-256) and shared exclusively with the Income Tax Department of India for annual Form 10BD filing.

3. Payment & Transaction Security

All online financial transactions (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking) are processed via PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways (Razorpay / Stripe). The Foundation does not store credit card CVVs or bank account passwords on its servers.

4. Third-Party Data Sharing Policy

We strictly DO NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to commercial third parties. Data is shared only with authorized government audit authorities, statutory auditors, or law enforcement bodies when legally compelled.
