Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Refund Eligibility

As a registered non-profit organization, voluntary contributions and donations made to Rajsi Srivastava Social Welfare Foundation are generally non-refundable. However, refunds are processed under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate payment processed due to server or network glitches.
• Incorrect amount debited due to technical error during payment gateway checkout.
• Unauthorized transaction performed using stolen payment credentials.

2. Refund Timeline & Process

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date by emailing refunds@rajsifoundation.org along with proof of payment and transaction reference ID. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days.

3. Monthly Recurring Donation Cancellation

Donors can cancel or modify recurring monthly giving mandates anytime via the Donor Portal (`/portal/donor`) or by notifying us 3 days prior to the billing cycle.
